Come out of hiding
My chosen ones
Come into the open
For your time has come
Faith forged in the fire
of painful adversity
Character developed in hiddenness
and quiet obscurity
Love refined, redefined
by uncompromised purity
His beauty now revealed
with grace and maturity
Saul’s time has passed
Let David arise
As one in His love-
A pure spotless bride
My beloved spoke and said to me, “Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.” – Song of Solomon 2:10-13
This is for those:
~who’ve learned to flourish in the wilderness
~who’ve chosen to lean in, rather than away
~who’ve cast off disappointment as a soiled garment
~who’ve chosen LOVE above offense and resentment
~who’ve allowed Him to fill every broken place…
-every loss
-every place of lack
-every discouraging circumstance
-every delay
-every misunderstanding
-every place of confusion
-every single crack and crevice
…with His unfailing love.
This is your time.
Several years ago there was a prophetic word floating around about God calling the hidden ones out of caves. Recently, I’ve begun to realize that is what’s happening right now. Even in my own limited sphere, these amazing lovers of God are all around me. Some I’ve known for years and I’m seeing them grow into their anointing before my eyes; others I’ve crossed paths with more recently. I’ve been blown away and repeatedly humbled by the level of love, maturity, and unshakeable devotion to God and His purposes, I’ve witnessed among these men and women after His own heart.
Although they walk confidently in their identity, there is nothing “exclusive” or “elite” about this group. They are from all walks of life, all levels of knowledge, and all levels of gifting. They’re not perfect, but their hearts are wholly His. And that is what sets them apart–hearts that keep saying yes. No matter what.
There is much being said about the dysfunction of the Church these days. It’s a real deal. Corporately, we’ve not represented Him well. But that IS changing. The men and women after His own heart are arising.
As they do, the world will finally see the true beauty of our King. And, at long last, He will have what He desires…
As one in His love-
A pure spotless bride
So good. We say Yes!

this was a word on caves from Paulette Reed that struck me deeply last fall…http://www.globalpropheticvoice.com/index.php/prophetic-words-and-articles/prophetic-words/prophetic-words-new/1459-i-am-calling-my-women-out-of-the-caves-paulette-reed
For me personally, this links to a profound dream the Lord gave me about 20 years ago…so there is a very rich fruitfulness to the word you shared… P t L!

Oh this is awesome! This is not the word I heard (it was longer ago–maybe 2007ish) but I so bear witness with this–and I love Paulette Reed! I am part of Patricia King’s Women in Ministry Network (so is Paulette) and many of the women in that network were the inspiration for this post. You should check it out! It has been SUCH a tremendous blessing in my life. Here is the link: http://www.woflglobal.com/find-out-more/

Amen! It is encouraging. We’ve been declaring and believing for some of these things for so many years that it is a wonderful and faith-building surprise when you turn around and realize you’re actually beginning to SEE them! Blessings Mel 🙂

Yes, I’ve been seeing this too both in myself and others. It is such a joy to see others with hearts after the Lord like David. Praise God for His faithfulness in working in us for His glory! 🙂
