Connect…
Connect to the Father
Connect as His child
Connect to His acceptance
Connect to His delight over you

Connect…
Connect to Jesus
Connect as His beloved
Connect to His embrace
Connect to the victory already won for you

Connect…
Connect to the Spirit
Connect as His vessel
Connect to His power
Connect to the fullness dwelling within you

Connect…
Connect without fear
Connect without shame
Connect without striving
Connect in sacred unbroken communion

Connect…
Breathe
Behold
Gaze
Dwell

Connect…
Connect as one who belongs
Connect to amazing grace
Connect to the greatness of His glory
Connect to His unfailing love for you

Connect…
Connect to His heart

Connect to Him

“Indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” – Romans 8:39

Today, and always, may you “connect” to the glorious reality of our union with Him!

Artwork by Aeron Brown. Spontaneous devotions are just that – a spontaneous collaborative expression of worship. I read scripture and/or some devotional thoughts, then pray into those those thoughts while Aeron draws. For others click here.

  1. “Connect…
    Breathe
    Behold
    Gaze
    Dwell”

Five wonderful, transforming words! Loved the whole poem. So inviting! And also the artwork, showing that all we have to do is reach into God’s heart. He is already full-out for us, inviting us into the Divine Dance, Perichoresis (“dancing around”); He’s “spinning” all around us and in us. 🙂 Thanks!
    Blessings.
