Awakened to wonder-
And the joy of discovering…

His goodness
His grace
And His glorious ways

His Presence
His power
And His purifying gaze

His love
His life
And the light of His face

Awakened to wonder-
And the joy of discovering…

The unfathomable depths
The unsearchable riches
The bountiful blessing
Of our lives
Hidden in His

Awaken us to wonder, Lord, and to the ongoing joy of discovery. Capture us again with the fire of your gaze and with Your unrelenting love. Even more, awaken us to the supreme delights of capturing You–of capturing Your own heart, again and again and again. Shake us out of our complacency and woo us from our many distractions. Unveil the beauty of Your ways-again and again and again. Abba, we want to run with childlike abandon. We want to live and love and laugh in complete freedom. We want to reach out with hearts of faith to capture wonder–each and every day of our lives. Lord, please, reignite the joy of discovery and let it burn in our hearts forever. Captivate us daily as You reveal–moment by moment, and day by day–the eternal joy of living hidden in You. ~Amen

  1. Love this Cindy. Reminds me of verse in Ephesians 1; Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ Jesus in heavenly places.
It’s clear you been sitting with Him there.😍😍
