What do you want?
What do you really want?
What do you really, really, really want?
When you’re quiet — when chaos and commotion have been stilled — when it’s just you and your Creator — when you’re …
– gazing into his eyes – secure in his embrace – safe and free to dream … wild … outrageous … audacious … dreams with him. What do you want?
What makes your heart burn with passion?
What makes you come alive?
What are your dreams when you’re listening–really listening–to your heart?
When you’re really listening to his heart?
What is the thing that keeps coming back – the idea that won’t stay burried – the thought that always sparks excitment in your heart …
When you listen to the right Voice?
There are other voices …
-voices of discouragement and doubt -voices of weariness and wariness -voices of fear and failure -voices of lack … obligation … and even “responsibility.”Those other voices are real. But when you listen to them for too long — sometimes — things that are really excuses start to look like reasons …
-reasons why it’s improbable -reasons why it’s impossible -reasons why you can’t -reasons why you won’t.And when that happens …
You can begin to settle for the default …
Instead of the dream.
To be sure, there is a right time—a right season—for laying hold of the dreams you dream with God.
There is a process …
-of purifying -of refining -of counting the cost. But there is a time for the dreams you dream with God.
There is a time for every purpose under heaven.
So … what do you want?
What do you, really, really, really want?
The dream …
or the default?

This song (“Hope’s Anthem”) is awesome and seems to fit so perfectly (at least in my mind!). He’s awakening the hope in me, by calling forth my destiny … Let HOPE arise!
This Great Cindy – May we Dream more – I have a tendancy Even though I dream to have reasons why not. But maybe Gods Dream and destiny will come and we will walk into that place of fulfillment to live the dream. To be he Our heavenly father has called us to be.

Amen. That’s really it–to become who we already are; to be all he created us to be. Believing for a greater shift into those things in the days ahead 🙂

Cindy,
I just want to experience the manifest presence of God in my everyday life. I want to please Him, to bloom where I’m planted, to embrace the present season of my life, trusting Him knowing that in Him, I find true joy, life, and light. Living in the eternal now, wanting nothing more than to hear Him say, “Well done, good and faithful servant, enter into the joy of the Lord”.
I want to embrace the times of waiting on Him as the world continues to follow after the sound of another trumpet. No matter what I do, no matter where I live, no matter what others think or believe.
Love the video…Truly He is our Joy and our Hope.
Thanks for those questions, Cindy. They opened up a well of joy within.
Hugs!

Amen Glenda. Sometimes “the dream” can be as simple as what you’ve just so beautifully expressed. And yes, the song is great “I’m anchored, never shaken; all my hope is in You!” Blessings and hugs to you!
